REQUIREMENT GATHERING

Our development process begins with having an interaction with the client to clearly understand the requirements. We give utmost importance to documentation of precise requirements of the client.

ANALYSIS AND PROTOTYPING

Our analyst analyses the gathered requirements to clearly understand the exact customer requirements and to weed out any ambiguities, incompleteness and inconsistencies from the initial customer perception of the problem.

USER INTERFACE & USER EXPERIENCE

In this phase, we transform the website or application requirement specification document into the design document. We would design different modules in the solution in the form of functions and data, define control relationship and interfaces.

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

In this phase, the actual coding of the design document is performed. Front end and back end coding is done, the database is connected and the various algorithms are implemented with least time and space complexities.

TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Testing is done to validate a fully developed system to assure that it meets its requirements. Quality Assurance to ensure high quality and reliability of software using multitude of software testing methods from unit testing to overall regression testing. During testing we make final adjustments.

DEPLOYMENT AND LAUNCH

Now starts the real thing, you get the opportunity to see your website being brought to life at your location. Now the final product will be in hands of your targeted users.

SUPPORT

In your project, we provide a guarantee period to fix bugs and UI problems. We will not charge any cost for UI updations, Bug fix or anything bounded to the contract during this period. Our guarantee is one of our QA managers' biggest motivation to do their job well.

Fixed Price model

When you have accurate documents for your project, this model is preferable. Our team will find out the specifications of the project and build a list of milestones. We will explain the findings for your analysis upon hitting each milestone. Since we do not request any pre-payments, you determine if the milestone is complete after evaluating the demonstrated results and then release the appropriate portion of funds.

Price Per Hour model

If you don’t have complete documentation for the project or if you intend to change it during the development process, this model is more reliable for you. As you can change the specifications for your project at any time, this approach is more flexible. Our manager can have work results and time-sheets on a weekly basis as the work progresses. Our team never asks for advance payments, so you release funds only after reviewing the work results and time-sheets.

Warranty

As we are assured that your product will be produced with the highest quality and create the best user experience, our team offers up to 6 months of warranty on our work. We will patch it and publish a modified application version in-store for free if you find a bug or other problem with the UI.

Client Portal

As we have access to our client portal, you can easily monitor the development process, so you can supervise all tasks assigned to developers, designers, and the QA team, as well as their status. You may also contact the manager who leads the project via the ticketing system and request an update of the project status at any time.

Milestones

Our team will create a list of milestones after reviewing your project documents. Each milestone will have a completion date and a list of things within the milestone that will be enforced. This is a planning process plan and on a different page in our framework you will have access to it.

Time-sheets

When working on an Hourly Rate basis, at the end of each week our developers will include weekly time-sheets with a comprehensive description of archived results and the amount of time spent. Every time-sheet in our management system will be released and open to you.
